‘EVE’ is a contemporary reimagining of the archetype of Eve from the biblical account of creation. My artwork treats Eve as a woman who is of African origin, complex and powerful who has impacted the course of the world. The painting is an oil on canvas, the model Misha Terret was a former Miss Jamaica UK who is of Jamaican and Ghanaian descent.
