Mariola Wanda Brzozowska – artist’s profile
Colour and texture are her leading themes.
Her unique work is a bridge between two passions: visual art and fashion deconstruction.
Born in Poland, where completed University and acquired master’s degree in chemistry. In London Mariola Brzozowska has completed short courses in Fashion deconstruction (Central Saint Martin’s) where her art dialogue originated.
She began painting in 2023. The creative process never stopped since and gave birth to couple of series: Beautiful imperfections (embroidered canvas), Sea inside me (contemporary abstraction) and upcycled denim canvas.
Despite being only the weekend-based artist (in parallel she continues to work in science field), she already took part in couple of joint exhibitions in UK.
Her work is ever evolving, operating in-between figuration, abstraction and embroidery.
